Ghost Agents provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for businesses. Our AI answers inbound calls, handles common inquiries, books appointments, takes messages, and sends notifications to your team.
The service is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email dylan@ghostagts.dev. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at dylan@ghostagts.dev. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your phone number will be released after cancellation.
Our AI receptionist is designed to handle common business inquiries and appointment scheduling. It is not a substitute for emergency services, medical advice, legal counsel, or other professional services. The AI may occasionally misunderstand callers or provide imperfect responses.
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the AI receptionist complies with all applicable laws, including those governing telephone communications and recordings in your jurisdiction.
Ghost Agents is not liable for missed calls, incorrect information provided by the AI, lost business opportunities, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
