Calls handled by our AI receptionist are processed in real-time. Call transcripts and recordings may be stored to improve service quality and provide you with call logs. You can request deletion of call data at any time by contacting us.
We use third-party services to operate our platform, including Vapi (voice AI), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), and Neon (database). Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing the data they process on our behalf.
